ADAMIS GROUP has 2 freelance openings for seasoned Fragrance Vendors / Beauty Specialists for in store brand support for a high volume and extremely busy, fast paced retailer. Locations: Roosevelt Field and Green Acres Mall.

We are hiring a high producing, top talent Fragrance Specialist, to drive sales in a high revenue department store to represent a prestigious and storied fragrance brand!

To be successful in this freelance position, the right person is confident, driven with high energy and self motivated to drive sales in a highly competitive world of fragrance sales.

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Proactively approach customers with a creative hook to engage them in a light and upbeat conversation around our client's fragrance portfolio offerings.
• Employ persuasive retail selling techniques for fragrance such as layering different fragrances into one unique scent.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fragrance trends.
• Conduct interactive product demonstrations and trainings to retail sales associates.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized beauty retail space and fragrance section, ensuring that products are prominently displayed and regularly restocked.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The right person MUST have experience as a fragrance vendor, counter manager in a department store similar to a Macy's, Bloomingdales, Saks 5th Ave., etc.
• A strong passion for beauty and fragrances and a deep understanding of scent families, notes, and fragrance composition.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment like Macys, Sephora, and Ulta.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
• Familiarity with different fragrance brands, their product offerings, and competitive landscape.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
