ADAMIS GROUP Is seeking an experience Fragrance Vendor Specialist for our luxury fragrance client for in store support for a department store in Turtle Creek Mall.

Position Summary:

As a Fragrance Selling Specialist for a high end brand, your focus will be to drive sales, promote the brand, provide exceptional customer service and educate the store staff on our client's fragrance portfolio.

Important to note: this role requires most weekends, including Saturdays and some Sundays depending the demands of the client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Retail and fragrances to recommend and demonstrate the most suitable products based on customers' preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet daily shift sales goals and drive revenue by working with the employees to promote our client's fragrances while not in store
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop a good working relationship and develop events and/or promotions if applicable to drive fragrance sales.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized retail fragrance section, ensuring that products are prominently displayed and regularly restocked.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in fragrance sales in retailers such as Macy's or Dillard's.
• Expert in the world of fragrances, for both mens and womens and be able to weave a story.
• Deep understanding of the different types of fragrance scent families, their notes, and the oils, flowers, fruits, etc. that are used in composing a fragrance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers and retail sales staff.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
