Adamas Building Services is Hiring a Porter (Part-time) Near Middletown, NJ
Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Jersey City location.
Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 10am-6pm
Pay Rate: $16/16.50 /hour
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Cleaning and power washing exterior of the building.
- Cleaning out exterior trash bins.
- Cleaning curbside all building.
- Trash removal and seasonal snow removal/ debris.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
