The critical job skills required to excel in this position are:

1. 2. Valid Driver's License with no DUI's comfortable pulling trailers/large equipment.
3. Basic mechanical skills
4. Ability to problem solve and work independently
5. Good time management
6. Ability to lift 30 pounds or more safely.
7. Good understanding of Safety OSHA standards
8. Motivated to help our company prepare for each project and daily preparation for next day's work and future.

9. Willing to pass a drug test and background check.

10. Knowledge of the paint industry not required, but would be a plus.

Daily tasks might include:
Organizing equipment, tools and materials
Inventory
Assist in project mobilization and demobilization
Plan your day based on priorities as assigned
Problem solve and create or follow systems

Delivering equipment, supplies or fuel as needed to jobs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.35 - $22.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
