Front-End Loader Operator

Ada Sand & Gravel, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving customers since 1961. Ada Sand & Gravel produces a variety of sand and gravel for customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator for YEAR-ROUND EMPLOYMENT. Pay commensurate with experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a front-end loader with aggregate into trucks and moving stockpiles
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment
• Work together as a team serving our customers
• Provide customer service to a wide variety of customers.
• Ability to follow verbal & written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the radio system.
• Ability to keep time and material records.
• Ability to sit, lift 50lbs and other physical activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience on a CAT 950, 966 or 972, Volvo L220H or 844K JD
• Understanding of safety and operating best practices for construction heavy equipment
• Must have loader experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
