This position will be working with a small team who will manage all accounting and give financial support for a large-scale group that is building a bold and exciting structural development for a world-class international air transit facility.
What are we looking for :
● 5 years of related experience.
● Strategic thinker who has the ability to multitask.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
● Familiarity with financial programs and software.
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field, required.
● Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
● Excellent organizational/time management skills and attention to detail.
● Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley.
● CPA is a plus
What will you do :
● Calculate and record monthly revenue accruals
● Perform Month-Over-Month Balance Sheet and P&L Flux, InvestigateMaterial/Irregular Fluxes, and Document Reasoning for Stakeholders
● Review P&L for Potential Capital Costs, Investigate Anomalies, and ProposeAdjustments as Deemed Necessary
● Bank Annual Reporting
● Preparation and distribution of the Operating and construction budget
● Financial Reporting Package (Month End Reports)
● Technical accounting memos
● Reporting for the shareholders – quarterly consolidated financial statements
● Reporting to Majority Shareholder – semi-annually
● Audit – interface with the auditors and preparing the yearend financial statements.
● Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
● Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
● Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
● Understanding key business drivers.
● Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
● Developing financial projections and building financial models.
● Performing research and analysis as required.
● Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
