Currently, we are in the process of completing interviews for Behavior Technicians in the Cathedral City and surrounding areas. We are looking for a Behavior Technician who is not only passionate but also determined to provide 1:1 direct in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule, offering flexibility between 3 PM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, and we provide additional benefits, including compensation for same-day client cancellations, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.
Ad Astra also offers Behavior Technicians the opportunity to participate in the RBT Certification Program, leading to registration as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Beyond this, there are growth prospects that extend to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
