Who we are looking for:The Analyst II, Business Intelligence is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making within the ACV Transportation business. This role will be responsible for requirements gathering, report building, QA, and impact analysis. The Analyst II, Business Intelligence role partners with the Business Intelligence Manager, Transportation leadership team, and peers who are subject matter experts in their respective business areas to enhance operational efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and drive business success. What you will do:Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Create and expand reporting of KPIs for the Transportation business through dashboards and data visualizations. Utilize business intelligence tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to communicate key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to stakeholders.Build robust and scalable tools and dashboards to monitor business outcomes and workflows.Develop insights that enable dealer and carrier segmentation.Identify and investigate opportunities to improve team efficiency through performance tracking and trend analysis.Impact assessment of Transportation business in collaboration with the Product & Technology roadmap prioritization and groomingContinuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Implement efficient methodologies and tools to enhance data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.Collaborate with Marketing to support marketing initiatives surrounding the ACV Transportation business.Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need:Bachelor’s degree in related field required.2-5 years’ related professional experience, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools (Tableau experience preferred)Familiarity with business technology (GSuite preferred)Developing understanding of agile or iterative developmentAbility to design and apply logical QA tests to technical solutions.Demonstrated passion for helping people by providing technology-based solutions to their business needsA reliable self-starter attitude that can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.Willing to navigate and connect with multiple stakeholders and departments.A keen interest in continuous skill development.Demonstrated technical writing skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Demonstrated communication and organizational skills. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law. No immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided for this position. #LI-AM3
