• Qualifications of Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) : *
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of car insurance
• Valid CNA license and / or HHA certificate
• Up to date CEU’s
• English speaking *(Required*) and Bilingual (preferred)
• Home Healthcare experience preferred but not required
• HHA Certificate 75 Hours (*Required*) or CNA Certificate / License

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive patient care in a home health setting
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist seniors with activities of daily living and personal care
• Utilize caregiving skills to support individuals in their home environment
• Implement assisted living techniques as needed
• Familiarity with EMR systems to accurately document patient information
• Experience in nursing home settings to provide comprehensive care
• Ability to assist with tube feeding and catheter care
• Work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, and memory care needs
• Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of nursing practices
• Maintain a clean and organized living space for patients
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate medical documentation
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed
