We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Audiologist to join our team in the Louisville, Kentucky market as a Regional Manager to help our team thrive and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The clinician will have the opportunity to work in both a busy private practice setting, and in the field to support clinic teams in the region, with both patient care and business support. We are seeking a candidate with solid clinical skills and business acumen, who is well versed in the process of diagnostic testing, selection, fitting and sale of hearing instruments. The candidate must have experience in leading/training clinical teams as well. The candidate will be responsible for the growth of their office, growth of the regional team, and the hearing health of the patients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to improve lives through better hearing, with management/training experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Audiology License (in good standing) in state of employment
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• 5 years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing preferred
• 2 years of experience in leading/training clinical teams

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
