Acura of Pembroke Pines, a dealership in the Craig Zinn Automotive Group, is actively seeking an Experienced Parts Counter Person to join the Parts team! The Parts Associate assists with maintaining and organizing inventory, routine parts, and other related administrative tasks for the Parts Department.

Some of the Day-to-Day Duties

• Greets customers promptly and courteously.
• Determines correct part numbers and “pick” parts for orders received.
• Arranges for delivery or shipment of parts as required.
• Pulls purchased parts from stock.
• Assures delivery of parts to the service technicians as soon as possible.
• Calls parts vendors and comparing the best prices for purchase.
• Checks parts for damages that may have been retrieved during shipment.
• Orders and stocks items as needed.
• Notifies the Service desk and customers when ordered parts have been received.
• Updates status of orders and process via parts database.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes, handling telephone orders and other information.
• Files necessary paperwork and repair orders.
• Maintains parts and stock in a clean and orderly condition.

• Follows-up on parts to ensure that all customers have been served.
• Maintains parts and stock in a clean and orderly condition, keeping front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
