Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
• Consult with customer on applicable service specials
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
• Utilize and embrace provided technology such as video, text, electronic multi-point, and online bill pay to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members (management, parts, technicians, valet drivers, office, etc.)
• Field customer phone calls, chats, and emails, and schedule appointments!
• Build strong relationships with the customers

Requirements - Service Advisor:

• BDC experience is a plus!
• Service Advisor experience not required- an entry-level position
• Automotive experience is preferred but not required!
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Valid in-state driver's license
