We are looking for a Data Operations Technical Writer who is interested in combining their passions for health care data, technical writing, process development, and cross-functional coordination. In this role you will work closely with technical leads and analysts on the Data Operations team, subject matter experts in Acumen’s Research department, and project managers on the Research Operations team.
Leveraging the Data Operation team’s existing data lifecycle frameworks, you will build, scale, and improve workflows to shape how the company transforms data into powerful insights for policy decision-making. You will also own documentation efforts for technical operations, healthcare data products, and data investigations, ensuring that expertise is accessible company-wide. Aiding these two capabilities, you will lead stakeholder communications to build the Data Operations’ teams presence at the company.
Successful candidates will be confident pulling insights from complicated data and policy landscapes, including diving into, analyzing, and synthesizing technical details. Strong communicators and team players that value learning and growth will also be successful on our team.
\nWHAT YOU’LL DO
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$110,000.
