This is a great opportunity for a marketing generalist to work across different demand generation channels in collaboration with demand generation, advertising, events and other marketing teams, as well as local sales teams and value added resellers (VARs).This new position will be a key player on our fast-growing team. Working closely with the corporate marketing team, you will plan, execute and measure ROI of field marketing efforts. You will be directly responsible for tactical execution of marketing plans, leveraging global campaigns, adjusting them to local markets, and building local campaigns. You will drive program adoption, and successful execution of events, website optimization, localization, recommend campaigns, related communications, and metrics tracking and ROI for demand generation and partner marketing efforts.Essential Responsibilities/Objectives:
  • Drive Acumatica’s growth in Canada and the UK by building marketing plans that are aligned with company’s goals and priorities.
  • Execute these plans in collaboration with corporate marketing.
  • Lead localization efforts for Canada and the UK, including website, email campaigns, webinars, display and advertising campaigns.
  • Selecting local tradeshows, media providers and advertising platforms for Canada and the UK, collaborating with corporate marketing teams on execution.
  • Coordinate event programs across the regions, often participating in multiple events consecutively.
  • In collaboration with Partner Marketing Team, localize partner marketing enablement program, including local assets and campaigns.
  • Report on the local campaigns’ performance, optimize as needed.
  • Participate in budget planning for the regions.
  • Guide and ensure consistency of corporate message throughout each campaign.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant marketing experience with a B2B software company.
  • Previous experience executing on integrated demand generation strategies and executing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, HubSpot is preferred.
  • Familiar with webinar tools, On24 is preferred.
  • Familiar with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • BS degree or equivalent required.
  • Results-oriented. Self-starter with excellent multi-tasking skills. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Relationship-builder. Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable. Strong project management capabilities to drive multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
  • Combination of strategical thinking and strong ability to execute.

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
