Schedules offered are as follows depending on availability.

• Flexible Scheduling Available
• 3:00 pm- 11:30 pm (shift start/end times may vary)
• Full Time or Part Time

*requires one year of experience for Evening Shifts.

Evenings Weekdays: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Evenings Weekend(Both Sat & Sun): $21.00-$23.00 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:
-Performs venipuncture in response to an order by a medical professional.
-Ensures optimal quality of specimen is obtained for the ordered test.
-Provides patients with the highest level of care.
-Ensures order updates are performed timely through the phone app.
-Document required information of a venipuncture on the order form.
-Adheres to assigned schedule and completes work in an efficient manner.
-Maintain a clean supply kit with an adequate amount of supplies at all times.
-Follows all Infection Control practices including the use of personal protective equipment.
-Use of personal vehicle to drive to and from assignments and drop off at designated site(s).
-Advise patient on Patient confidentiality.

*Pay for Performance incentives are offered at random throughout the year.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of hands-on experience
• Certification relating to position applied for.

• High School Diploma/ Equivalent
• Valid Drivers' License
• Valid Insurance/Registration
• Personal Vehicle

VACCINATION considerations: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all facilities that we service. All employees are preferred to be vaccinated for COVID-19 , the booster is preferred. All employees must be Influenza vaccinated annually.
