To see what career opportunities we have available, explore below to find your next career! *Contingent upon contract award* Primary Function Acuity is seeking Regional Managers to support government clients. The Regional Manager works with the Acuity Program Manager, Recruiter, and the Training Manager to meet program objectives. This will ensure mission readiness by fostering a drug free environment using prevention education, and deterrence and detection through drug testing. The Regional Manager ensures that the drug testing is done in compliance with the applicable regulations for the government client. Oversees and makes sure assigned personnel are meeting their quotas for testing requirements in accordance with regulations and the contract. Responsibilities The RM provides daily oversight and accountability for their assigned personnel. The RM must have a thorough understanding of all applicable regulations and requirements. The RM maintains a list of all personnel at each location. The RM ensures that all quotas for drug testing are being met according to client and program regulations. The RM mentors the assigned personnel in order to achieve mission success. Makes sure all positions are filled or backfilled in accordance with PWS requirements. Performs quality assurance quarterly after-action reports for the COR with any improvements or constraints. Ensures that each site is executing the program within the budgetary guidelines. The RM will serve as a substitute site manager when a vacancy is not filled within fourteen days. Job Requirements Remote Work Applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and be qualified to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; prepare correspondence for employees. Be able to set an example and have a positive impression on all people whether inside or outside the agency. Experience with contracting and managing geographically dispersed employees throughout the United States. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Must have excellent knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge and experience using Databases. Must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and proprietary items. Need to be able to act with discretion and maintain employee and applicant confidentiality. Must be able to think quickly and strategically about situations that arise with covering down to ensure testing at the assigned sites will occur to meet quotas. Desired Qualifications Specialized Experience – Five years of program management experience which includes knowledge of the theory and principles of management and organization, administrative practices and procedures. Knowledge of drug testing and prevention education. Ability to community with others through correspondence, face-to-face. Experience with quality assurance, contracting requirements and meeting performance metrics. Experience with regulations and understanding letters of instruction. Or Bachelor’s degree with past performance as a Program Manager or background in substance abuse and prevention. Or hold a current Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
