About us:

Actuate Improvement was founded in 2016, with the simple phrase “Your Home Remodeling Experts”. Starting out small, we updated structures such as kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces out of a garage we used as our base of operations. Soon we realized that the quality of work and the down to earth services we were providing, was getting recognized. A change was needed, so we moved our base of operations to a small shop located in Middleton, Wisconsin, where we currently reside today. Since then we continue to grow and expand the company, continuing to provide our customers with the quality of work and the down to earth services we started the company with. Duties of the Position:

A. Demo/Frame/Siding/Millwork/Base/Case/Problem Solve

B. Ability to work by him/herself while being productive

C. Ability to work within a program/application to get information for the projects

D. Ability to admit you failed and work on a solution to fix it

E. Being confident in the work you are doing, and the work of others you are working with.

F. Ability to ask questions when you do not know how to do something, or have only done it just a few times. (Providing your thought on how it might work is recommended as well)

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

• Construction: 4 years (Required)

• 75% (Preferred)
