Actual Metrics is Hiring a Technical Support Associate Near Scottsdale, AZ
We are looking to hire a junior-level Technical Support Associate who can pitch in and help in a variety of areas. Your primary function will be to learn how Angelfish Software works so you can provide support to our customers, but you will also be exposed to a variety of additional projects and technologies. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can start with a support position and grow into another role, like consulting, engineering, or sales.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- The initiative to teach yourself
- A technical degree or overall technical prowess
- Clear verbal communication ability
- Solid grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Basic Linux administration
- HTML & CSS
- JavaScript
- mySQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases
- Perl, Python, PHP
- Shell scripting experience
- Fluency in another language
- Experience with Urchin, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, etc. a plus
- College degree preferred but not required.
