High Paying Caregivers (CHHA) Opportunity
Job Summary
As a vital member of the caregiving team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals needing support. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and ensuring clients' overall well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide personal care (i.e., bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and exercise)
for patients daily and as needed.
· Perform personal care services in patients’ homes and assist with tasks of daily living in
accordance with an established care plan.
· Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and emotional environment for our
patients.
· Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in patient room on a
regular basis.
· Record patient vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food
consumption, and other information, as assigned.
· Observe patients carefully and observe changes in condition to Registered Nurse.
· Basic food preparation, shopping, housekeeping, laundry and other errands on behalf of
patient.
· Be alert for proper ventilation, temperature, light and noise control.
· Routinely turn and position patients, as necessary.
· Provide adequate hydration to patients at regular intervals each day according to specific
patient needs.
· Back-up care (or respite) services: providing other caregivers a break.
· Administer simple medications.
· Assist patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
· Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Current Certified Home Health Aid certification from state of New Jersey (for HHA
positions)
· Current/active CPR certification
· First Aid training
· Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record
· Candidates must possess their own vehicle, cell phone, and computer.
· At least one (1) year working experience as a caregiver.
· Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
· High school degree (or GED)
· Friendly demeanor and customer service oriented, with the ability to work under
pressure.
