ACTS Retirement-Life Communities is Hiring a Tile setter Near Dunedin, FL

Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Tradesman, Tile Setter position.

In this role, you will be responsible for all basic functions of tile setting, including but not limited to demolition, cutting, laying and setting tiles around obstacles and openings, and different surfaces.

Measures, prepares, and marks surfaces. Mixes, applies, and spreads cement or other adhesives. Operates a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Minimum of five years' tile setting experience
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
