Job Description

As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in organizing company events and gatherings.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous office experience or internships are a plus but not required.
