Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Administrative Assistant position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our skilled nursing neighborhood. Creates and maintains the schedule for nursing personnel, tracks attendance, monitors lateness and absences, minimizes overtime, and provides reports to management, as directed.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years administrative and/or clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Prior scheduling experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient in telephone etiquette
• Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage phone calls and data entry.
• Strong capability in using computers and software, including MS Office suite, for various administrative tasks including Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Staffing.
