Who are you?
As the Architectural Design Account Manager, you have at least three (3) years of account management experience and a passion for helping customers realize their projects.
You are highly experienced with residential design and passionate and knowledgeable about our company's products and services.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing meetings with customers looking to build ADUs, sourcing and managing designers and architects, providing excellent customer service, closing deals, working with Title 24, structural and plumbing consultants as well as building relationships with permitting departments across the Bay Area. 
  • To be successful as the Architectural Design Account Manager, you should have extensive sales and/or customer service experience, an eye for residential design, and be comfortable using various design software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. Ultimately, a quality Residential Design Account Manager should achieve outstanding customer service, while shepherding customers through the processes of making design decisions on their ADU project.
Acton Architectural Design Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Great eye for residential design.
  • Building and Managing relationships with customers.

  • Track down technical and code related answers.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Networking to attract potential clients.
Job Requirements:
  • Interfacing with customers on their ADU design decisions.
  • Helping customers make informed decisions about their ADU design.
  • Interfacing with designers and architects.
  • High outbound and inbound calls.
  • Be professional and ethical at all times.
  • Assist Sales to Generate revenues and close deals.
  • Professional communication skills and telephone demeanor.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Possess a positive and professional attitude.

  • Interest in the residential construction industry.
  • Experience in closing high ticket products.
  • Experience in sales.

Tasks and Duties:
  • Advise on interior and exterior design decisions for a customer’s ADU project.
  • Ensure designs adhere to given budgets and schedules and maintain project documentation.
  • Run structured meetings to describe ADU project options and upgrades, and to guide customers through the process of pre-construction.
  • Explain more about our products and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Maintain call logs and report details regarding calls and meetings.
  • Do constant follow-ups to assure projects are moving forward in a timely manner.
