Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage advertising campaigns, and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts.

Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
- Create and manage content for website and social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging and positioning
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing
- Proficient in WordPress, HTML5, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
