Duties:

- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records
- Assist in organizing events or special projects

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $14.16 - $16.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
