Qualifications -
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) is required.
Proven experience in a patient care setting, preferably in home health care or a similar
environment.
Strong understanding of patient care processes and best practices, with the ability to
apply this knowledge in a homecare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities effectively.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
and Microsoft Office Suite.
A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to upholding
the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
