Our fitness studio is thriving, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic fitness instructor who can teach innovative and engaging workouts to our members. You will be in charge of planning and leading workouts for a variety of different-sized groups of people. While we want our workouts to be physically challenging, we also place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members' individual fitness levels. Responsibilities

• Deliver physically demanding workouts while keeping students interested, engaged, and safe
• Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
• Teach workouts to different-sized groups of fitness studio members
• Provide excellent customer services according to company standards

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers

Compensation

$23 - $30 per class

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group Fitness: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification (Preferred)
• Fitness Certification (Required)
