Responsibilities
- Perform massage and ultrasound therapies per the doctors' scripts - this is a hands on, massaging position.
- Perform stretching techniques and postural exercises with all patients and instruct patients on home stretching techniques.
- Educate patients on the benefits of ultrasound, massage therapy, stretching, postural exercises and the chiropractic adjustment.
- Greet and treat all patients as crucial and necessary, as without patients we have no purpose
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- “Play” well with others - this includes all patients, staff members, manager and Doctors.
- Side duties/desk work i.e. Thank You cards, Radiology Reports, etc.
Skills
- Communication skills are key in this position - whether with patients or fellow staff
- Experience in the medical field is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and approachable
We are firm believers in cross-training and have various opportunities for growth.
Opportunities for raises at 30 days, 90 days and annually.
Schedule:
- Monday and Wednesday 7:30am– 6:30pm (1.5 hour lunch)
- Tuesday 10:30am-6:30pm (1 hour lunch)
- Thursday 12:30pm – 6:30pm
- Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm
- Rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month) 8:15am-1:00pm
