We are looking for a talented individual with solid professional skills in manufacturing.What you will be doing: Support sales and cost estimating for quote activities.Drive part feasibility from a technical aspect.Create and maintain Process Flow, PFMEA, and Operation and Maintenancedocumentation.Work with the design team to ensure all product prints meet customer standards and applicable specs.Work with tooling vendors and design department to ensure tooling will make parts to print.Support and maintain error-proofing methodologies.Support facility and production cell enhancements (Floor Plans)Support and develop department or maintenance projects / activities with good engineering direction.Take part or facilitate the team Lean strategies and methodologies and / or Six Sigma activities.Facilitate continuous improvement for all processes.Support, cost estimate, and document all engineering changes.Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, or processes and systems.Create work instructions during the engineering build phase.Support Manufacturing engineering with Engineering builds.Track engineering tasks using task tracking system to ensure timelines are met.Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.Other duties as specified by the Engineering Manager.What you bring along: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experienceMinimum three years related experience in manufacturing environmentAbility to collaborate with program managers, manufacturing leads, and functional leadsStrong analytical skillsExcellent critical thinking skillsRelevant technological knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skillsOther details:Our team includes members with a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds, ages, and experiences.
