We have an amazing opportunity for residential support workers to join our caring and support team at Norton Court House , our specialist longer-term service for children and young people with a diagnosed Learning Disability and who display challenging behaviour as a result.
We offer intensive levels of support and care to help the young people we care for develop social and life skills.
We encourage our young people to attend school or college during their stay with us, wherever possible, and to join us on fun day trips out to theme parks, the seaside or wherever their interests lie!
What you'll be working :
- Days and Nights
- Every other weekend
- Rota shifts
- Working towards Level 4 Diploma in Residential child care
- Support from Manager and online tutor
