Responsibilities :

• This role is crucial in expanding our fitness family, engaging with potential and existing members to guide them on their fitness journey
• As the first point of contact, your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for the member experience at Active Body Fitness
• Conduct daily sales calls, targeting 50 calls per shift
• Book appointments with a goal of a 5% conversion rate
• Ensure a 65% show rate for appointments and a 55% close rate for memberships
• Sell ancillary services to at least one-third of new members
• Provide a high-energy welcome to all members, enhancing the gym's community atmosphere
• Participate in and motivate members during gym activities
• Lead by example, maintaining personal health and fitness
• Morning Shift : 7 : 30 AM to 11 : 30 AM, Monday to Friday
• Adjustments for early classes as needed
• Evening Shift : 3 : 45 PM to 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Thursday; until 7 : 30 PM on Fridays
• Weekly training and team meetings on Thursdays from 2 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 PM

Qualifications :

• Fluency in Spanish
