ActionLink connects people with the brands they love inside the top big box retailers! Our merchandising specialists visit Best Buys, Walmarts, Targets, and Lowe’s just to name a few. Some of the client displays we build and maintain in these stores are Microsoft®, Samsung®, Bose®, among many others.

SCHEDULE/AREA:

• Around 10-15 hours per week; may fluctuate a little higher or lower some weeks depending on time of year

• Weekly assignments are self-scheduled/flexible and can be completed anytime Monday-Wednesday typically between stores' opening hours and 5 or 6PM

• Assigned field territory is within a 30-mile radius of 1913 Hwy 45 N Columbus, Mississippi 39701

PAY:

• This role operates on a 2-tiered pay rate system based on the specific in-store merchandising task being done:

  • $15.00/hour for General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.

  • $17.00/hour for Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.

• Reimbursement for all training, reporting, and store-to-store drive time. Paid mileage store to store.

• Eligible for a paid time off accrual plan

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Detail oriented, self-reliant, mechanically inclined, technically minded
• Ability to follow sets of written instructions and display diagrams
• Ability to work independently and communicate reliably as a remote field employee
• Access to internet, smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS, and printing capability, basic hand-held tool set.
• Must have regular access to a laptop or desktop computer
• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access to reliable transportation. Driver’s License.
