ActionLink connects people with the brands they love inside the top big box retailers! Our team of Electronic Specialists visit major box stores to service, build, and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft®, Samsung®, Bose®, among many others.

WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

• 32-40 hours per week
• Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays between 8AM and 5PM
• Visits are conducted at a variety of retailers typically within a 30-mile radius of Washington DC 20010
• Best Buy at 3100 14th St NW Ste 203 Washington DC 20010 is the center of the territory radius.
• Rep must cover the greater Washington DC area, inculding VA and MD. 

PAY & BENEFITS:

• This role operates on a tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store merchandising task being done
• Field reps are required to complete all 3 levels of work as assigned in their territory:
• $18.00/hour for General Merchandising  - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking, product placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up a display, basic endcaps/resets, etc.
• $20.00/hour for  Merchandising Plus - these are more technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, using low voltage cabling (e.g., HDMI, USB, etc.), and light power display troubleshooting
• $22.00/hour for Special Execution Projects - these are less frequent, but the most advanced-level tasks with highest execution standards involving complex interactive display installations and troubleshooting, working independently or as part of a team.
• Reimbursement for all training, reporting, store-to-store drive time and mileage
• W2 Employment with Biweekly Pay schedule

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Previous display merchandising or relevant 3PL retail experience required
• Strong detail-orientation to follow complex written instructions and technical display diagrams
• Ability to work independently without direct in-person supervision as a remote field employee
• Access to reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations
• Must be able to travel outside of the 30 Mile Radius if business needs warrant
• Access to internet, basic hand-held tool set, and smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS
• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability to work Mondays through Fridays
• Access to a laptop/desktop computer
