**Wireless Sales Specialist - T-Mobile** Location **WI - STURTEVANT** **Fascinated with the latest innovations in mobile technology?** **Then ActionLink needs you on our Wireless Sales Team!** We are seeking a driven individual to join our growing assisted sales team to engage customers and create quality connections inside a local Walmart. Our dedicated Wireless Sales Specialist will represent our client, T-Mobile®, with special focus on promoting their Metro by T-Mobile® prepaid plans, explaining their cellular network technology, and educating consumers on their latest services and features. The ideal candidate is well-versed in consumer technology, skilled at presenting product knowledge, and has a strong entrepreneurial drive towards achieving sales goals. **SCHEDULE & LOCATION:** 24 hours per week Thursdays: 4-8pm, Fridays: 12:30-8pm, Saturdays: 11am-7:30pm, Sundays: Noon-5pm Visiting 1 or 2 local Walmart stores **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** Represent an industry leader in wireless network technology $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly Pay Range Bonus potential up to 20% of pay based on KPIs W2 Employment with Biweekly Pay Schedule 401(k) Plan with Employer Match Paid Online Training Paid Time Off **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** Execute dedicated sales strategies during visits to engage customers and increase sales Provide fun customer interactions and engaging product demonstrations to identify wireless plans that fit each customers' unique needs Conduct ongoing and informative sales floor training sessions for all sales staff on new product introductions and to help further drive product knowledge Ensure inventory issues (either too high or out of stock) are communicated to the manufacturer and retailer appropriately Escalate in-store issues promptly through appropriate channels Communicate competitive information consistently with photos and specific details Accurately complete call reports the same day of store visit **ARE YOU A MATCH?** Sales experience in a retail environment or at relevant special events Knowledge and background in wireless technology is a plus!
