As a door to door Field Marketing Specialist, you main responsibility is setting appointments with qualified, residential homeowners at the door. Apart from building trust and making a new buddy, you will find prospects that qualify for our knowledgeable team of Energy Consultants to conduct energy consultations. With the rates for normal dirty power skyrocketing, you will have the chance to not only participate in creating a cleaner environment. You will earn enough to take care of your family needs and build a savings. From helping customers with get a lower, fixed monthly power bill.

Action Solar will assist in training, extensive field and regular classroom meetings and continued sales support are also available to cultivate your experience as a success. How do I qualify to be a Field Marketing Specialist?

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Great communication, texting and dropping pins is a must, and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)

• Previous Sales/door to door or experience is preferred but not required.

• Attend Boot Camp and pass all required Solar Sales Training

• Ability to work alone and in a group as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, commission is the goal. 

• Flexible Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)
