Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Set Up Technition to join our team. As an Injection Mold Set Up Technition, you will be responsible for seting up molds and input the process into the injection molding machines. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications

- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds, machines, and equipment

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Injection Mold Set Up Technition or in a similar role

- Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes and techniques

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality inspection

- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently, including operating warehouse equipment

- Basic understanding of logic controllers and CNC machinery is a plus

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
