Job Description:

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Established and rapidly expanding, dynamic construction Company specializing in extreme remodeling and building of quick serve restaurants in NYC & Philly Metro regions is seeking an experienced, Dynamic, high energy individual to fill our Director of Construction role.

Our Clients include all the major Quick serve restaurant chains including; McDonalds, Burger King, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, Raising Canes, Pollo Campero, and many others.

The Director of Construction must be accomplished in leading a Sr. estimating/purchasing team and a field team of Sr. Project Managers and Superintendents. Company area of operations are PA, NJ, DE, MD and New York City 5 boroughs and Long Island.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in light commercial / restaurant sector construction in addition to a clear understanding of construction requirements for work in NYC 5 boroughs and the City of Philadelphia.

Candidates must possess experience as leader of seasoned teams and have had leadership education/training/mentorship as well as direct relationships with recurring customers. Field Level, Hands on, detailed experience with front line responsibilities to deliver completed projects is Highly preferred.

Candidates must be proficient in project management operating systems and ready to learn & develop new technologies.

Corporate Office located in Exton, PA. The Director of Construction must be able to travel throughout Company areas of Operation to interact with all construction personnel & client representatives.

Salary ranges: $150k-$200k, in addition to Performance Bonuses aligned with Company Goals. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and applicable skill sets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
