Job Duties:
Loading Fixtures: Safely and efficiently load fixtures with parts according to specified guidelines. Ensure proper positioning and alignment to facilitate the manufacturing process.
Manual Measurement: Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to manually measure parts for accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Record measurements accurately and maintain detailed records as required.
Acid Handling and Processing: Handle acids in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines. Operate acid processing equipment with care and attention to detail, ensuring proper handling and disposal procedures are followed at all times.
Visual Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of parts to identify any defects, irregularities, or imperfections. Maintain a keen eye for detail and promptly report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Measurement Verification: Verify measurements of parts using both manual and automated methods to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
