Description
The Climate Equity & Impact team is hiring! Key Responsibilities
Track, process and report payments and data to vendors and utilities in compliance with program guidelines.
Assess statewide/network-wide vendor & subgrantee submitted reporting for Eversource Electric, Eversource Gas & EGMA in eAssist for single family programs.
Ensure reporting backup materials meet program requirements, communicate with vendors and subgrantees on rectifying reports and invoices.
Maintain program database and improve functionality as needed.
Conduct data analysis, scrubbing and screening across all funding sources and programs.
Conduct data analysis and reports for program insights and strategy.
Maintain and update program billing and reporting software systems. Provide technical assistance and training to sub-grantees and vendors as required.
Produce required billing and reporting data to utility funders in compliance with contract guidelines.
Act as lead team member for Monday.com structure, administration, configuration and capabilities.
Ensure data systems include new tracking and KPI metrics, including equity & carbon, across software platforms.
Monitor data and reporting to maintain accurate tracking of all reported data.
Ensure data integrity and quality across department and subgrantee/vendor network to comply with program requirements.
Track progress on integrating new metrics to maintain adherence to implementation timelines.
Compile monthly reporting from CAP sub grantees; review for accuracy, collate and prepare for review by program manager.
Prepare program guidance documents for review by program manager.
Provide trainings, office hours and ad hoc requests for information and guidance.
Coordinate and process projects across the state brought by different initiatives.
Communicate with sub-grantees to troubleshoot customer issues.
Process and prepare vendor payments.
Engage with other external partners
Ensure projects maintain proper timeline and meet deadlines.
Engage with Statewide Client Services team on program applicants.
Coordinate with Program Manager & Field staff on all duties.
Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of relevant work experience is required.
Experience in Project Management, nonprofit program management is a plus.
Energy efficiency and/or low-income housing experience preferred.
Experience with Monday.com a plus.
Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team required.
Ability to deal sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
