Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is Hiring a Community Liaison Near Portland, ME

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is one of the highest-rated Private Duty Home Care Agency in the nation.

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to promote Acti-Kare in our Territory, and help us grow & expand. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, network, build relationships and help develop local markets to create opportunities for growth. If you love developing rapport & working with Seniors while making a difference in your community, AND possess excellent interpersonal & phone skills, Acti-Kare is the right Home Care Agency for you.

What we are looking for:

  • At least on year of successful Home Care Sales and Marketing experience
  • Self-generated leads via networking with existing and new referral contacts & partners (physicians, discharge planners, case managers, as well as estate attorneys, realtors etc.) will be your daily responsibility.
  • Immediately follow up on leads with telephone & in-home consultations, followed by proposals preparation & presentation.
  • Proven ability to create and implement effective & result-oriented marketing strategies;
  • Continuously & actively pursue new sales opportunities and lead sources by email, social media, phone, and in person.
  • Excellent planning, organization, communication, and presentation skills; use CRM to update & report to owner

You will need the ability to navigate & communicate with ALL parties involved; referral sources, family members (decision makers) AND the internal team.
