Job Duties:

• Medication administration
• Patient documentation into Sigma Care EMR system
• Wound care
• Working with a team of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
• Patient education

Shifts Available: Part time & full time available!

Day: 6am - 2pm / 7:30am - 3:30pm

Evening: 2pm - 10pm / 3:30pm - 11:30pm

Qualifications:

• NYS LPN License
• BLS
• 6 months experience in a similar setting
