Description:
We are looking for a Tenant Improvement (TI) Superintendent that is responsible for the on-site coordination, safety, and completion of a medical clinic remodel project in Hudson, NC. The project, valued at $1 million, involves selective demolition, new MEP installations, and all-new finishes within a 6,000 sf building. The role requires collaboration with the project team to ensure the project is constructed according to the contract documents and completed on time and within budget.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 year experience in elder living facility/assisted living commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30
- Procore experience
