Actalent is Hiring a Telehealth Nurse Near Florissant, MO
Description:
Telephonic nurse duties, no face to face patient interaction
Will work on a team of 4 Call Center Nurses 1 supervisor
Specialties covered: internal medicine, pediatrics, women's health, dental and podiatry
Calls come through the computer system
Will engage the patient, and take questions
Will use schedules and charts to pass calls through to the appropriate places
They will have the ability to refill or continue certain medications per doctor's instructions
Will refer to appointment desk if necessary
CAN WORK REMOTE AFTER 6 MONTHS
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
RN or LPN with MO License
Experience in a clinical setting
Preferably 1 year of Medical-surgical
Triage experience
