Actalent is Hiring a Superintendent Near Virginia, VA
Description:
• Will help process submittals, RFIS, contribute to project plans, coordinate with subcontractors, generate/update schedules, and provide general site construction management in the field.
• Ensure all start packages are complete and accurate before construction begins
• Ensure construction activity follows the established plan and schedule
• Maintain current lead times for contractors and suppliers
• Properly schedule and oversee the completion of all municipal inspections
• Ensure cycle time goals are being met
• Follow company processes for internal in-lines and quality inspection
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3 years of construction exp- residential, commercial, or multifamily
Soft skills: reliable, hard worker, attention to detail, wants long term opp
