My client is looking for a Licensed DOB Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a full-service firm which offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success and growth since then and is now considered a leading national general contractor. This position is an immediate need and looking for someone ready to tackle challenging projects!
Job Description
- Conduct daily QA/QC inspections of field personnel and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship and overall job quality.
- Conduct weekly safety inspections of field personnel to ensure all field personnel are following proper safety protocols.
- Train and educate field personnel in best practices
- Work with field personnel and construction management to maximize installation efficiency.
- Be available for emergency field calls when required.
- Accountable to continually reinforce safe behaviors and correct “at-risk” behaviors.
- Adheres to and ensures all site team members understand standard operating procedures.
- Leads and supports the site team in technical, quality and safety, utilizing systems in place.
- Ensures company employees and contractors are adhering to the company's safety policy.

Current DOB Superintendent
License
5 years of construction
management experience
