Complete pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services for small to large commercial projects throughout Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and the Midwest. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in preconstruction and project start-up activities.
• Coordinate and maintain regular communication on project tasks and schedules with the project manager, owner, and subcontractors.
• Manage onsite employees and coordinate tasks with foreman/leads.
• Maintain a safe worksite and enforce all safety regulations. Hold weekly safety meetings. Complete daily inspections and job site safety analysis.
• Review job costs with the project manager, and accurately track labor, materials, and equipment charges.
• Receiving incoming materials, verifying and tracking inventory, and resolving associated issues.
• Complete job site paperwork, timecards, daily reports, and equipment tracking.
• Complete job close-out process.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of Construction experience.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
• Manage difficult client/customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance, and meets commitments.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
• Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner and will meet all deadlines.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Observe safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
