Boutique Single-Family Modern Residential Architecture Interior Design firm is looking for an Intermediate Architect with 6 years of experience with strong technical experience to support a large scale single-family project!

About the role:

• Contract with the possibility to be extended into a long term role.
• The project includes a main house, a guest house, and a pool house and it is currently in CD phase
• Candidate will be responsible for producing Construction Documents for the interior and exteriors of the houses.
• The candidate will work alongside the Project Manager who is leading the technical drawings and several junior architects.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree
• 6 years of professional experience
• High end residential and/or hospitality experience
• AutoCAD Experience
• Construction documents
• Strong communication skills
