Description:
The Staff Engineer will complete project responsibilities for design, specification, review and development of mechanical equipment or systems, and for design of new and existing facilities. The focus is around building mechanical infrastructure such as steam, cooling water, compressed air, fire protection water, natural gas, LPG, plumbing, wastewater, and other thermal-fluids that support manufacturing processes. It will involve making engineering studies, calculations, and design specifications, and providing project estimate, detail design, procurement, installation, acceptance tests, and performance audits. Use of project management procedures will be required to set targets, measure progress, and report status.
