Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Scientist to join this team. This person will be helping with QC Analytical work such as supporting validation and writing of protocols for HPLC, GC, Uv-Vis, etc. Primarily will be testing equipment, writing SOPS, and helping in the laboratory with tests before release to QC Team.

Duties:
- Perform advanced laboratory testing within accordance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Write and execute protocols for instrument qualification, verifications and process changes.
- Review and act as a document owner for procedures changes; initiate change controls, CAPAs and other quality system requirements, as required.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team members on quality management initiatives.

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience, 1-4 with Masters degree
- Experience with Empower and LIMS preferred
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Experience with CGMP standards in a laboratory environment
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively
- Skilled in quality inspection techniques and quality audits
- Analytical mindset to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
