Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, with a focus on both new builds and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.

- Prepare and review project estimates, bids, and proposals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on new builds and tenant improvements.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
